- Visit the Museum of Fine Arts (Just down the street from NU - See EVENTS at the MFA going on July 7-10)
- Tour the North End (make sure you stop at Mike's Pastry or Modern Bakery for a cannoli!)
- Check out the exhibits, planetarium or OMNI film at the Museum of Science
- Walk the Charles River Esplanade (or ride using Boston's hubway rental bike system)
- Grab a snack at the Copley Farmers Market - Tuesday through Friday
- Ride the Swan Boats in the Public Garden, then visit the Make Way for Ducklings statue
- Stop into the Greenway Open Market (Saturday only) or SOWA Open Market (Sunday only) for lunch at a food truck and to browse local products and crafts
- Visit Harvard University or MIT
